Keene is in the vanguard of cities and towns all across the nation that are moving forward toward a future that is fossil-fuel-free and low-carbon. Now states all across the country are doing the same. California and Hawaii were the first to pass legislation that set firm deadlines for clean electricity. New Mexico was the third, just a few days ago.
