It is a good environmental thing to do, and helps with energy cost savings.
How many panels do you have, and if you know, how much energy are you producing, percentage of your electric usage?
We are producing about 1/2 of all usage at Emerald Court. The system was installed by Green Energy Options from Keene.
What has been the biggest benefit so far? What are you excited about?
Cost savings, enough so that the project has just about paid for itself!
What were the obstacles to installing solar and what did you do to overcome them?
City permitting and historic district review for our Emerald Court building.
What advice do you have for people considering installing solar?
Do it! Find a local company to help you start the installation process!
